Q. Do you bring and use your own cleaning materials?
A. Yes our Cleannow Cleaners bring and they use own cleaning materials. But if the client offer their cleaning materials we appreciated it.

Q. What if I am having trouble booking online?

Q. How many cleaners do you send?
A. Basically we send 1 cleaner for every 3 hours of service. But we can send 2 or more depending on the size of the area and how many hours need the service.

Q. Do you send male or female cleaners?
A. Our Cleannow Partners Cleaner are all women.

Q. How well do you know your cleaners?
A. Our cleaners must submit government documents, valid ids .We also conduct our own investigation to future our security protocol..

Q. What if I have to re-schedule?
A. We can accept the re-schedule as long 1 day ahead from the booking.

Q. How can I pay?
A. For your convenience, we now accept payments through Cash and Credit Card.

Q. How will I know when the cleaner is here?
A. We will text you. Please ensure that your lines are open.

Q. What is your business hours?
A. We operate from 8am to 6pm daily.
Booking appointment from 8am-6pm. Monday to Sunday.

Q. How can you guarantee security against property loss, theft, and damages?
A. Our Cleannow Partners came from referral of some trusted people.
Client also reserves the right to inspect the belongings of our cleaner before and after the service.
Our management provide a feedback form for client as proof of after service. Cleaner needs to collect it before she leaves on the site.
